Welcome to Plato High School, fully accredited school and home of the Eagles! During their time here, our students will work alongside caring and capable teachers, staff and administrators while tackling a rigorous instructional program. We set high expectations for our Eagles, and we see them excel through their academics, soar in leadership and grow in their service to others.

Yearbooks Are Available for $40

The 2020 Yearbooks are available for purchase while supplies last. The elementary and high school offices have some for sale and pick up during summer school office hours. Make checks available to Plato Schools.

JAG Program

Jobs for America's Graduates, or JAG, is a school-to-career program implemented in 1,000 high schools, alternative schools, community colleges, and middle schools across the United States and the United Kingdom. Plato is one of those schools, and we are excited to offer this opportunity to our students this year.


GOCAPS

The Greater Ozarks Centers for Advanced Professional Studies (GO CAPS) immerses high school students in professional environments. Profession-based Learning
Instructors develop real-world, project-based learning strategies through collaborations with business and community partners. These interactions enhance the learning experience, preparing students for college and career.

Recent News

Here are the dates for the GOCAPS orientations for this school year. Students who plan to be in GOCAPS must attend an orientation in their chosen strand:

Medical Strand– August 5 at 9:30am-11:30am at Lake Regional in Osage Beach OR August 5 at 1:00pm-2:00pm at Mercy in Lebanon (medical Strand does not have to come to both orientations)

Engineering/Business Strand- August 6 at 9:00am in the GOCAPS Classroom (2020 Evergreen Pkwy. Lebanon, Mo. 65536)

Athletic Fees

Middle School $35
High School $50
Fees are not to exceed $100 per family

Sports Physicals

Students participating in sports at Plato High School or Plato Middle School must have a sports physical on file. A physical examination should be completed by a duly licensed medical practitioner, is now good for two years, and must be on file at the school athletics office before the first day of practice.

Students have the right to participate in the Missouri  Course Access and Virtual School Program.
