The kindergarten classes had a game hour with Mrs. Breedlove’s child development class. It was a fun brain break from ABC boot camp, and very educational for the child development class to engage and observe the kindergarten students. Plato RV believes in working together for the good of the students!

Mrs. Thomas's 5th-grade art students learned about different line types by creating 3D lines and using their creative imagination. Way to go Plato Eagles!

PAT's Touch-a-Truck is this Saturday! Come enjoy lots of great activities for the family, and of course, the opportunity for the kiddos to be up close and personal with some great vehicles.

What a thrilling day of discovery! Mrs. Collier and Ms. Delcour's 3rd graders came together to dive into the world of balanced and unbalanced forces—the secret ingredients behind motion and flight! By exploring how forces push, pull, and interact, your students are building the foundation for understanding everything from paper airplanes to soaring birds. This hands-on exploration is just the beginning of an exciting journey into the science of flight that's coming their way. Watch out world—these young scientists are on their way!

Miss Amy's class and Mrs. Bilderback's class teamed up to do the Daily Mile and had a cool treat afterwards. We had a blast together!

Today is IT professionals day. We want to thank Mr. Cayl Steinbrink for the continuous hard work he does for our district in order to make sure our students and staff are able to use technology to complete their jobs. Thank you Mr. Cayl! #platorv

Plato had a successful PD day today! We started with PLC, our year 1 and year 2 teachers attended their Beginning Teacher training, our Regional Professional Development Center presented on PBIS best practices, and we ended our day with Bryan Rush training us on Connection Keys! As always, our food service staff outdid themselves! #platorv

Today 4th grade candidates for Student Council (Scarlet Lear, Allie Knotts and Stella Lorenz) gave their speeches to the 4th and 5th grade student body. Results will be announced soon!!

What an exciting start to the year! Our 3rd through 5th graders dove headfirst into Book Club, and the energy was absolutely fantastic. Students immersed themselves in stories, challenged each other with games, and then unleashed their creativity by writing their own tales. There's something magical about watching young readers become young authors, and today we saw that magic in action. Let's go, Eagles! #platorv
