
Mrs. Bates' class adopted a cow from the Discover Dairy program. Their adopted cow's name is Maggie. She is 3 months old. They will watch as she grows and develops on the host dairy farm. They will learn about her role on the farm. #platorv

A huge congratulations to FBLA seniors Autumn Yourchisin, Ramsey Crews, Brooke Humphrey, Jayden Echols (not pictured), and Hailey Breedlove (not pictured) who have qualified at Districts to compete at the FBLA State Leadership Confernece in April. The Plato R-5 School District will be closed on February 8th, 2022 due to the current state of district gravel roads from last weeks inclement weather. Daycare will be open. We hope to be back in session on Wednesday February 9th.

Angela Barton (Coach B), Plato High School History teacher and volleyball coach, was inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame last evening, February 6, 2022, along with West Plains high school teammates that ranged from years 1984-1991. Congratulations Coach B on this wonderful achievement!

Mrs. Metzler & the Entrepreneurship Class are looking for donations of gowns and dresses to replenish the drive drive closet for prom. The dress drive was a huge success for homecoming, and over 30 dresses left the closet for students to feel their best in!
Donations can be dropped off to the HS office, or dropped in the box in Mrs. Metzler's classroom.
We appreciate your support in making the dress drive successful!
