Happy Independence Day!
The Plato School District's free breakfast and lunch pick-up program continues! You can pick up meals 4-6 pm Mondays and Thursdays all Summer long at the new gym pavilion, for ages 1-18. Each child will receive 1/2 gallon of milk, fresh fruit and veggies, and a variety of ready-to-eat breakfast and lunch items. The last pickup will be July 29th. The Plato Eagles Softball Team hosted their 2nd annual softball camp on June 3rd and 4th. "The future is looking bright for our program," coach Shalbot said. The Eagles worked on the fundamentals of offense, defense, pitching, and base running with the high schools players and coaches.
