Eagles traveled to Licking and came away winners! Varsity won 16-5. JV won 7-5. Varsity improved to 21-7 on the year the JV finished their season 10-2 on the year! Congratulations to Maci Shalbot for collecting her 100th career hit.

Senior Sunset will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2026 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. in front of the high school. Utley's Sno Shack will be set up with a treat for all seniors. Mrs. Breedlove will have a steamer and help any students who do not yet have their gowns ironed/steamed. Please plan to join your class for one final celebration before your big day!
Cy Helton, Kierley Good, and Maddy Latham represent Plato School with quality character traits. They serve in the A+ tutor program and participate in Mrs. Breedlove’s FACS class. They are well-mannered, kind, helpful, and polite. The photo-bombing student, Noah Fletcher, is another respectful student who is usually nearby to snap a picture of an event or lend a helping hand.

The kindergarten students hosted the annual Kindness Tea on May 1, May Day. The children read stories and colored with their guests. Mrs. Breedlove's FACS class prepared and served a luncheon for our guests.

Thank you all for your support Lions Club, Roby Fire Department, Utley Snow Shack, Get Er Dun Jon’s, and BZ Bounce! Because of your time and help, the families had a blast as the kids made mud pies, played in the mud, and got lost in through the foam. There were endless smiles, contagious giggles, and pure joy coming from the kids as they splashed, slid, and laughed their way through the mess.

The Plato High School Track team competed in the Fair Grove Relays on 4/30!
HIGHLIGHTS: Kaylynn Bilderback placed 3rd in the 3200m running a 14:52! Dean Kirk placed 6th in pole vault with a new PR of 3.35! Noah Fletcher placed 2nd in shot put with a 12.55m throw a new seasons best for this year! Check out all our results here:

A report of a potential threat toward the school was received after school hours. Texas County Sheriff’s Office was notified and is currently working the issue. The Sheriff’s Office and Plato School have taken appropriate action to ensure the safety of our students and staff.
The Q & U Wedding was quite the success!
