On Friday evening, we were alerted to a specific threat directed at our school dance. To prioritize the safety of our community, the administration chose to cancel the event. We have fully briefed the Texas County Sheriff’s Department, and they are leading an active investigation. Our focus remains on the ongoing security of our students and staff. A possible make up date for the homecoming dance is being considered. #platorv
