The Middle School had 77 students who qualified for the Positive Behavior trip for 2nd quarter. Students enjoyed a great time at Fun City watching a movie and bowling.

Students in Ms. Edwards’ math class participated in a competitive cooperative learning activity of Rally Coach by solving 1-step equations with the “Sum it Up“ game. Students positively supported one another while working in their teams. #platorv
Third graders enjoyed a 5 minute snowball fight. They took a quick brain break to enjoy the snow before it all melted. Did Mrs. Collier’s or Mrs. Bates’ class win!? Well, that depends on who you ask. 😊

Mrs. Metzler’s high school entrepreneurship class again participated in the mentorship program, this time by teaming up with third graders from Mrs. Bates’ and Mrs. Collier’s classes. 3rd graders who met specific academic goals in quarter 2 were able to complete the design and production process to create a t-shirt of their choice with the help of their high school mentor. The students can’t wait to do it again next quarter!
