After the great reveal, the class of 2029 took a trip back to kindergarten before an outdoor lunch. They had so much fun revisiting the toys and stations of their past! #platorv

4th and 5th grade student council hosted the elementary awards assembly. During the assembly students were given awards for Star Student, Shining Star, and perfect attendance. Students were recognized for being the student who read the most words in their class. They were also recognized for being an AR millionaire and reading 1 million plus words. Our highest reader read over 3 million words! #platorv

It looks like MSHSAA is selling the Class 1 and 2 tickets together, so please note that you would just need to buy the pass or passes for the day or days you plan to attend.

We have limited bleacher seating, but will also have good space for lawn chairs.

Parents and Community Members, due to the last day of school being changed from Wednesday, May 25, to Friday, May 20, some of our planned elementary events have been rescheduled and/or canceled. Thursday, May 19 will now be the Awards Ceremony at 9 AM in the Old Gym. Parents are welcome to attend. Friday, May 20th, the 4th grade field trip will proceed as planned. Also on Friday, Kindergarten and Preschool classes will host their graduations. Preschoolโs will be at 10:30 in the New Gym, and Kindergartenโs at 12:00, also in the New Gym. The annual Kindergarten Box Car Race will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday at the softball field (weather permitting). Parents are welcome to attend Fridayโs events. School will dismiss at our normal Friday dismissal time of 2:35 p.m. The AR field trip scheduled for Monday, May 23 at the Springfield Botanical Gardens has been canceled. The Fun Field Day scheduled for Tuesday, May 24 has been canceled, however students will participate in a modified, shortened version of the activities on Thursday afternoon, May 19. #platorv
