Dear Parents,

It is the last week to apply for Missouri SuN Bucks! Applications are due by August 31, 2025.

Do I need to apply?

A child may be automatically eligible for Missouri SUN Bucks and will not need to apply for the program if:

The household already participates in SNAP or Temporary Assistance, or
The child is age 7 through 17 and is in foster care, homeless, or a migrant, or
The child attends a school that offers the National School Lunch or School Breakfast Program, and the household income meets the requirements for free or reduced-price school meals.
Families with children who are automatically eligible will get an EBT card in the mail, or the money will be added to their existing EBT card.

If your child does not meet one of the categories mentioned above, visit mydss.mo.gov/SuNBucks to check the eligibility navigator tool to see if you should apply for the program. Certain household requirements must be met to qualify.

The first Friday of the school year = the first Middle School FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) meeting of the year! After sharing our Bible verse for the school year, the students divided up into six teams and competed in a game of “Electricity”! The very first winning team ended up winning the whole thing! We’re excited for another fun, encouraging, and challenging year in FCA 🙂 #platorv

Ms. Delcour’s class discovered they had 97 things they have in common. They turned those commonalities into towers. Who knew finding common ground could reach such heights? When we work together, we can build something truly special. #platorv

Plato Schools invite seniors and their families for Senior Sunrise, tomorrow morning at 6:30 at the baseball field. We will honor this year's seniors. Breakfast will be provided.

The PAT Program is now enrolling families for the 2025- 2026 school year.
