Mr. Ichord's Physical Science class is currently learning about waves and wavelengths. They just finished temperature convection, conductions, and insulators. Today they did a bombardier lab and a refraction and focal point lab. Students did a rough diagram of the different refraction angles and focal points. On the bombardier lab students made a hypothesis and then took temperature data to prove or disprove their hypothesis. #platorv

The Partners in Education (PIE) visited the District today. In honor of Read Across America Day, William Test, the father of Miss Amy's recent A+ tutor graduate, Alexis Test, read to the kindergarteners. The students loved listening to him read the tongue twisters in "Fox in Socks!"
