April is designated as the Month of the Military Child, underscoring the important role military children play in the armed forces community. Sponsored by the Department of Defense Military Community and Family Policy, the Month of the Military Child is a time to applaud military families and their children for the daily sacrifices they make and the challenges they overcome.

The March 24th JH Volleyball game at Success will be a Pink Out. Wear your pink, or any cancer support gear. The Success Lady Hawks are trying to raise some money to Brother Ted Moore, the minister at the Success Baptist Church. Both he and his wife are battling cancer. After the A Team match, both teams and coaches will sign the pink game ball and, then it will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. There will also be a jar for donations. They will also honor all those who are or have battled cancer. #platorv

Our Plato esports League of Legends team is competing in the “Pirates Invitational: Battle on the High Seas” this week. Pool play is Monday through Wednesday and the main bracket is on Saturday. Due to this, we will not have HS esports club on Tuesday or MS esports club on Thursday. If you are interested in more information the website is below. Pool play matches will begin at 3:30 and will be broadcasted if possible. Bracket matches will be broadcast on the PHS esports Twitch channel.
